4. Objectionable Content, Block & Report Policy

ChatNova operates a zero-tolerance policy towards objectionable content or abusive behavior.

• Reporting: Users can report any objectionable content or abusive users directly within the app using the "Report" feature.
• Blocking: Users can block any other user to stop receiving messages or interaction from them using the "Block" feature.
• Developer Actions: We review all user reports within 24 hours. Accounts violating these Terms or posting objectionable content will be suspended or permanently terminated immediately.

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, send, or share through ChatNova.

By using our Services, you grant ChatNova a limited license to process, store, and transmit content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
